Get a free roof survey
Send us the details below and we'll get straight back to you, whether it's a small repair or a full re-roof survey — we check every enquiry properly first. A quick reply is only useful if the advice behind it is right. The survey itself is free, with no obligation, so there's nothing to lose by asking. Once we've seen the roof, we'll give you a clear, honest answer rather than a rushed guess over the phone.

We reply to enquiries Monday to Saturday. We also offer emergency call-outs when water is already coming in. As a result, most people hear back from us the same day. If your enquiry is urgent, tell us in the message and we'll prioritise it.

What happens after you send your message
Once your message arrives, our Orpington-based team reads it. We then book a free site visit at a time that suits you. Since every roof and every access route is different, we don't quote by phone alone.
Someone comes out, looks at the actual problem, and takes core samples and photographs where they're useful. That way, the quote you receive reflects what your roof actually needs, not a guess.
During the visit, we'll talk you through what we've found in plain terms. We'll tell you whether a repair is enough or a full re-roof makes more sense. If the job qualifies, we confirm which guarantees apply — product and workmanship as standard.
On approved systems, that includes insurance-backed cover for up to 20 years on single-ply systems. While every job is different, you'll always leave the conversation knowing exactly what's covered and for how long.
There's no pressure at any stage. You can take the quote away, compare it, and come back to us whenever you're ready. A roof is a decision worth getting right, not rushing.
If anything changes on site, such as hidden damage under old felt, we'll always explain it first. We won't start any extra work without telling you. Still, it's the same straightforward approach wherever the job is. That covers Orpington, Bromley, and everywhere else across our coverage area.
